This cleaning package offers a fixed rate based on the amount of time you would like our cleaning team servicing your home. Our Design with Time Package ranges from 2 to 5 hours. How can I know my cleaning team will do a good job?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! All One Touch-One Clean employees are highly trained, hard working and dedicated. If there are ANY problems with their work, a supervisor will immediately rectify the situation, and provide on the spot training for the negligent employee.

What do I need to do before you come to my home?

Nothing! We are there to work for you. You can direct our employees if there are certain areas you’d like them to focus upon, or just let them do their thing. Just make sure any large pets or small children are properly supervised during our time in your home.

Do I have to be home when you come clean?

While we prefer you be present when we are cleaning, it is not required. Of course, clients have to be present when we arrive to grant access to the premises.
